BARNES & NOBLE Columbia, MD is seeking a Lead Barista to guide the café team, maintain compelling product presentations, and oversee the smooth running of the Café. You will be a hands-on leader, creating a welcoming environment where baristas feel supported and customers are served with care.

You will develop your barista knowledge, coach peers, and help manage inventory, display standards, and safety. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow within the Barnes & Noble café team.

• Lead scheduling and coverage within a busy, multi-shift environment
• Collaborate with booksellers and cafe team to maintain high store standards
