Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the café team to create a welcoming environment and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and adapt café action plans to deliver expected results.
• Identify and connect data to impact sales, trends, waste, inventory, and other components for a profitable Café.
• Coach the team to follow loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe, secure bookstore.
