Qualifications

• Strong technical barista skills.
• Experience in a specialty coffee environment.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with care, speed, and consistency.
• Lead opening shifts, including setup, checks, and cafe readiness.
• Train and communicate with team; collaborate on daily ops.
• Coordinate cafe events, staffing, and day-of execution for joyful experiences.
