Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Lead Barista to support the Cafe under the SR. F&B Manager, helping oversee shift execution, onboarding, and training to maintain service standards and guest experience.

You will educate customers on products, answer questions about coffee blends, enter orders into the POS, and keep the workspace clean. The role requires English fluency, cashier experience, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service is a must.
• Cashier experience is a must.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers are educated on our products and services.
• Answers questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, and product freshness.
• Greets customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
• Accurately enters sales orders into POS system in a courteous and friendly manner for customers.
• Develops understanding of coffee and tea regions and flavor differences.
• Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized workplace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
