Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Lead Banquet Server to join our team. This role leads the team to set up and prepare banquet rooms, serves and buses tables, and clears and tears down spaces after functions at a world‑class property.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of food service, experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star venue with synchronized service, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables and placing centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function locations, and clear dining areas.
• Break down spaces, bus tables, and tidy storerooms after events.
• Assist with event room setup and maintain clean, sanitary workstations.
• Provide warm, professional guest interactions and monitor guest satisfaction.
