Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Lead Banquet Server to join our team at a luxury property in Miami. You will help lead the banquet staff, set up and service functions, clear and tear down, and ensure a superior guest experience during events.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in a 4- to 5-star venue, with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet staff during events and maintain service standards.
• Set up banquet rooms, tables, silverware, glassware, linens and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages, buss tables, and clear/downgrade banquet areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service requests.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and proper handling of equipment.
