Role Overview:

• Oversee and assist housemen with banquet setup, breakdown, and maintenance tasks.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations.
• Handle heavy lifting and equipment movement, requiring physical strength and safety awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event and storage areas.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Assist with guest-facing events and other resort departments as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards, health regulations, and attendance policies.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred experience as a Banquet Houseman or in hospitality.
• Knowledge of table settings, service ware, and basic wine/menu items.
• Fluent in English for communication and documentation.
• Reliable, professional, flexible, and safety-conscious.
