Provide supervision, training, and support to supported workers in completing assigned commercial janitorial contract sites. This position is a working supervisor role overseeing a crew of workers with disabilities. Responsible for workers’ safety, training programs, and janitorial services at commercial locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean janitorial contract sites as per requirements
• Train crew members on proper cleaning techniques
• Complete documentation and reports
• Assist with Person-Centered Plan development and meetings
• Operate passenger van safely
• Complete agency-required trainings and data entry
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years in janitorial work
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Preferred:

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Working Conditions

• Evening shift, Monday – Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm, 30-35 hours/week, with flexibility
• Operate a passenger van in traffic
