We are hiring immediately for full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER positions.

Location: Ascension St. Agnes Hospital - 900 Caton Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229

Schedule: Full-time, days may vary, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirements: At least 3 years of experience required.

Pay Range: $19.25 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to provide excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensure staff report to work and document attendance issues.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Assign keys, radios, beepers; maintain security.
• Check equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect areas to meet cleaning standards.
• Assist staff to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct staff training as needed.
• Exhibit professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
