Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; portion and prep ingredients.
• Prepare and cook according to recipes and quality standards.
• Test foods for doneness and monitor quality during preparation.
• Set up and break down work station and serve portions.
• Wash, disinfect and maintain kitchen area and tools.
