Qualifications

• Three (3) years baking experience in a high-volume production.
• Professional knowledge of baking ingredients and procedures.
• Knowledge of commercial baking equipment (ovens, sheeters, mixers).

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, quantity, and timeliness of all food production.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Bakers for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to presentation, portioning, and substitution standards.
