• Culinary certification or degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of culinary experience.
• Food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production of all baked items; maintain quality standards within established guidelines.
• Provide special themed showpieces as required.
• Schedule bread production staff based on business demand.
• Daily check Event Orders for all bread related food requirements.
• Maintain refrigerators and kitchen in clean, organized manner with all food items labeled and dated.
• Provide own basic tools of the trade.
