Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel seeks a full-time Baker to produce high-quality pastries for the Falls Buffet, ensuring timely service and strict sanitation. You will work with the Lead Baker and Pastry Chef to uphold recipes and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (RED/FHD accepted).
• Minimum 2 years as a Professional Baker.
• Familiarity with baking methodologies, terminology and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Quality, quantity and timeliness of food preparation; coordinate with Lead Baker and Pastry Chef.
• Quality-plated presentation, correct portions per recipe, garnishes and substitutions.
• Follow all F&B storage, rotation, sanitation and cross-contamination prevention procedures.
• Follow recipes, times and temperatures to produce high quality and consistent products.
• Conform to Indian Health Services standards.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
