Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a Bakery Prep Associate to support daily dough and pastry production for the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel Center and Casino Resort. You’ll ensure fresh, high-quality baked goods and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, 4 years bakery experience, 18+, strong communication and administrative skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Potential for gaming license and food handler certification compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience working in a busy bakery environment, preparing baked goods, working with presentations and developing well-rounded culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of bakery items for the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel Center and Seven Feathers Casino Resort.
• Produce fresh, top-quality products in a prompt and consistent manner under supervisor guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace as directed by industry standards.
• Maintain awareness of menu content and presentation of finished products.
• Ensure bakery area is fully stocked for projected business.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor.
