Job summary

HCVT is building a new Azure cloud platform to support a multi-year cloud modernization program. We seek a Lead Azure Cloud Engineer who will own design and implement end-to-end infrastructure, including landing zone, Terraform Cloud, and security configurations.

This hands-on role requires deep expertise across Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling. You will collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to codify standards and establish a golden path for self-service deployment, while

Qualifications

6+ years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering with production ownership.
Strong Azure networking, security, and Terraform/IaC experience.
Hands-on Terraform module authorship and remote state management.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

Design and build the Azure landing zone aligned with CAF and Well-Architected Framework.
Own Terraform Cloud setup, workspace structure and remote state strategy.
Configure networking: hub-spoke, NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, private endpoints, DNS.
Lead policy-as-code guards and shift-left scanning integration.
Develop a self-service deployment pattern for engineering teams.
