Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan and monitor test campaigns for manufacturing and qualifying flight avionics hardware for the New Glenn program.

You will build strong relationships with Responsible Engineers, Integrated Product Teams, Test Engineers, buyers and other TPMs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership, communication, and ownership in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years experience planning and managing projects/programs including requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost in a development environment.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing rate management & Improvement.
• Experience with P6 Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor projects/test campaigns according to strict deadlines in accordance with high-level program schedules.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and factor these relationships into project decisions.
• Apply technical expertise, leadership and commitment to quality to safely progress spaceflight programs.
