Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of procurement experience, including enterprise-wide policy interpretation.
• Experience soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts.
• Experience with eProcurement and contract management practices.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and award contracts for aviation and medical commodities.
• Develop contract specs, performance standards, and payment terms.
• Conduct pre-bid conferences, bid openings and debriefings.
• Resolve price, delivery and terms issues with contractors.
