• Eight years of procurement experience including four years in enterprise-wide procurement compliance and four years in contract solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and awarding.
• Knowledge of State procurement procedures, laws, regulations, Title 21 COMAR, and eProcurement management.
• Experience conducting bid conferences, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
• Preferred: at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: experience with FMIS and Maryland's eMMA platform.
• Must obtain Procurement Professional Certification from Maryland Department of General Services within one year of appointment.
