Qualifications

  • Familiarity with governmental procurement laws, regs and conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to three years of required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes and ensure compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide guidance to team.
  • Interpret and apply Maryland procurement regulations and policies.
  • Train and review work of junior Procurement Officers.
  • May travel within Maryland to perform duties.
