• Developing and preparing contract specifications for RFPs, IFBs and contract renewals.
• Coordinating contract services for A/E consultants per FAA guidance with MDOT MAA, FAA and firms.
• Assisting with the development of price proposals and auditing requirements.
• Developing contract negotiation strategies and negotiating with the selected firm.
• Overseeing consultant contracts and ensuring timely execution.
