Job summary

You will review requisitions, determine vendor requirements, and apply compliant procurement methods, including sole source and emergency procurements.

The role requires extensive experience in public procurement, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with FMIS ADPICS. Training and certifications may supplement experience.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience with two years in contract management or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree substitutions may apply for required experience.
• Certifications in procurement may substitute for the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and determine minimum vendor requirements.
• Negotiate prices and terms for procurements, including sole source and emergency purchases.
• Utilize FMIS/ADPICS to facilitate procurement processes and ensure compliance.
