Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Installation Technician 2 to perform installation tasks on contracted projects, including but not limited to cable pulls, terminations, system equipment, and rack fabrication. You may lead on smaller crews and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of audiovisual installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years audiovisual installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lead small project teams.
• Strong communication with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks per project scope and directives.
• Lead Level 1 Technicians and ensure quality.
• Read and interpret project system schematics and blueprints.
• Test point to point cabling and functionality of systems.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other trades on site.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
