Job summary

Cenero LLC is seeking an Installation Technician II to perform field-based AV installations and lead on-site teams across small to medium projects. The role focuses on technical execution, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with project managers and clients.

Ideal candidates will have extensive AV installation experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while maintaining high-quality installations and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive AV installation experience including cable management, mounting, and system assembly.
• Knowledge of AV signal flow, video distribution, audio routing, and control systems.
• Experience in active construction environments with understanding of trades sequencing and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install AV systems: run cable, terminate, install racks, projectors, monitors per drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Review drawings and project docs; collaborate with supervisors to understand requirements.
• Lead installation technicians; delegate tasks and provide guidance and direction on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and As-Builts; ensure safety and proper PPE usage.
