STR is seeking an Autonomy Algorithms Lead Software Engineer in the Boston area (Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA) with a path to a TS clearance. This role focuses on autonomous platforms, backend algorithms, and DevSecOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage 5+ engineers in Agile projects.
• Strong backend development experience and knowledge of C++/Java.
