EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Autonomous Enterprise Consulting to join our leadership team. This high-impact, client-facing role requires an executive presence and deep expertise in emerging AI technologies.

You will advise senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite), define transformation roadmaps, and translate Generative AI and agentic workflows into tangible business outcomes. You will lead multi-disciplinary engagements and contribute to our Autonomous Enterprise practice growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in AI/ML and intelligent automation.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI, ML, AI engineering.
• Proven experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with C-suite executives.
• Experience managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually.
• Industry expertise across Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Executive advisory to senior executives on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI and operating model changes.
• Shape and lead AI advisory engagements, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, and governance for enterprise AI transformations.
• Guide senior leadership through the sales lifecycle from discovery to proposal development and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with global capability teams to integrate strategy, data, AI engineering, cloud, and industry expertise.
• Contribute to the Autonomous Enterprise practice growth through market development, thought leadership, and mentoring.
