EPAM Systems in the United States seeks a Principal, Autonomous Enterprise Consulting to join its leadership team. This high-impact, client-facing role targets a visionary AI advisory leader with executive presence, capable of guiding large-scale transformations using Generative AI and agentic workflows.

You will advise senior executives (VP to CEO), shape AI strategies, manage engagements valued at tens of millions, and partner with global teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting in AI/ML and Intelligent Automation.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ consultants.
• Proven ability to advise and present to C-suite executives across industries.
• Experience managing engagements with $10M+ annual scope.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory: advise senior executives on AI strategy and enterprise transformation.
• Engagement Leadership: shape and lead large AI advisory engagements and operating models.
• Business Development & Solutioning: support sales lifecycle with senior leadership engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with global teams to integrate strategy, data, AI engineering, cloud, and industry expertise.
• Practice Growth: contribute to expansion of Autonomous Enterprise practice through market development and thought leadership.
