• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and assist with tire stocking; maintain organized displays.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, deposits, and basic shop tasks such as tire mounting and balancing.
• Lead by example to ensure a clean, organized, customer-friendly showroom and service environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and priorities.
• Apply automotive knowledge to assist customers with tire selection and maintenance recommendations.
