Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program.
• ASE certification in at least 3 of A1–A8 (L1 can be one of the three).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, exhaust, electrical, and suspension to specifications.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
