Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to boost customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat‑rate pay model and a commitment to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, alignment, and suspension systems.
• ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (tests paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications — brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications as required.
