Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team toward higher customer care. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with earnings potential, and emphasis on ASE certifications within two years.

You will work on brakes, alignment, electrical and general maintenance, while staying current with new automotive technologies through paid training and certifications.

Qualifications

• A.S.E. certifications in five of A1–A8 within two years of employment.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience or training in automotive repair and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
