Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on expertise in a high-volume automotive service environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong brakes, alignment, and suspension skills, plus the ability to mentor others and stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing paid training and ASE certifications.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension.
• Strong communication of technical info to non-technical people.
• Active participation in paid formal training and ASE certification pursuit.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications and maintain licensure as required.
