Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward improved customer care. The role requires leadership, mentoring, and ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.

Responsibilities include diagnostic work across brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems, plus mentoring others and pursuing ASE certifications within two years of employment. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• A.S.E. certifications must be obtained within first two years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Maintain current knowledge of automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within the first two years (tests paid by the company).
