Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor teammates, and drive customer satisfaction. You will perform brake, suspension, A/C, and engine-related repairs, while pursuing ASE certifications to advance in the role.

The position emphasizes leadership, training responsibilities, and staying current with evolving automotive technology, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair proficiency.
• Ability to explain diagnoses to non-technical individuals.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Engage in ongoing paid formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
