Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems including brakes, electrical, suspension, and A/C. You will use your technical expertise to mentor staff and ensure quality service, while maintaining current ASE certifications where possible.

You will participate in ongoing paid training, work on highway and customer vehicles, and contribute to a culture focused on safety, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent
• Able to obtain/maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within 2 years
• Licensed driver; strong communication of technical info to customers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanics clearly
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid training; mentor teammates
