Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability, electrical systems, and mentor a team to improve customer care. You will use your expertise to lead repairs, train colleagues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills across brakes, alignment, and general maintenance, plus ASE certifications within two years. A valid driver's license and ongoing training are required, with pay reflecting flat-rate compensation in a competitive

Qualifications

• Must have strong brakes diagnosis/repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair alignment and suspension issues.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications in braking, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in clear terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company; bonuses for passes.
