Qualifications

• ASE certifications in A1–A8 highly preferred.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Strong diagnostic skills in brakes, alignment, suspension and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company support and bonuses.
