Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical and suspension components.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; exam fees paid by company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across multiple systems.
• Explain technical issues and needed repairs clearly to customers.
• Participate in ongoing formal training and development.
• Assist and mentor fellow technicians.
