Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician in the Nashville area to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, and to mentor a team toward outstanding customer care and satisfaction.

The role offers a pay range of $29.10–$54.24 per hour with a flat-rate model, inclusion of a $2,750 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, and opportunities for ASE certifications and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and suspension/steering work.
• Excellent communication of technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, exhaust, electrical, suspension, A/C, and alignment.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; certification tests may be paid by the company.
