Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward excellent customer care. A sign-on bonus of $2000 is offered for new hires, with a pay range of $27.72–$50.78 per hour.

The role emphasizes ongoing training and ASE certifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, alignments, electricals, and HVAC, explaining findings to customers, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair, alignment/suspension, electrical and automotive maintenance skills.
• Clear communication of technical issues to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and HVAC.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date ASE certifications and participate in training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in technical activities.
• Aim to achieve high quality service and customer satisfaction.
