Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while mentoring a team toward higher customer care. Pay range shown reflects flat-rate compensation and regional earning potential.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diverse systems, staying updated through paid training, and guiding junior technicians. Equal opportunity employer; ASE certifications encouraged.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
