Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service/ supervisory experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and estimate vehicle repair costs.
• Knowledge of dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Maintains CSI above company standards.
• Ability to supervise technicians and assign work.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Valid Driver's License; Automobile Salesperson License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work to technicians and follows up on progress.
• Assists and supervises technicians on the job.
• Examines customer vehicles and estimates repair costs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and CSI standards.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations; demonstrates corporate core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
