CarGuys Inc. is seeking a seasoned Automotive General Manager to lead and grow a high-performance sales team at our North Canton dealership. You will drive revenue, oversee both new and pre-owned vehicle operations, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on deal involvement, strategic planning, and robust performance metrics to sustain growth and long-term stability within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles.
• Supervise the training development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees.
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction.
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit.
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations.
