Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience.
• Experience in Automotive paint processes.
• Paint application development.
• 2-3 years of experience in robotic paint lines in automotive plants or other automotive tier 1 supplier.
• Good command of English.
• HSE/ergonomics knowledge.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows HSE and ergonomics standards and rules.
• Leads capex improvement projects related to paint lines.
• Supports technical choices to improve the process.
• Designs and validates paint line processes and jigs.
• Validates processes and paint jigs per FMEA and control plan.
• Creates and adapts paint jigs to hold parts securely during painting.
• Ensures smooth transfer of validated processes to plant team.
• Maintains necessary documentation for new parts added to the paint process.
• Continuously improving paint jig design to reduce defects.
