Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Paint technical knowledge.
• Read/write and perform basic math functions.
• Read and understand graphs and gauges.
• Good capacity in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Follow paint schedules and work instructions.
• Loan/unload parts according to schedule.
• Keep accurate data for defects, scrap, and repaints.
• Identify defects on parts and use handheld tools to polish out minor defects.
• Use proper process to eliminate defects.
• Maintain traceability and required paperwork.
• Know rework and scrap procedures.
• Maintain line speed by working at pace.
• May relieve fellow team members for breaks.
• Work according to HSE requirements.
