Job summary

OPmobility seeks an experienced Paint Process Engineering Leader to guide the paint engineering function within Product Development and Industrialisation. You will manage a team of specialists, drive process innovation, and support global projects from quotation through launch and handover to production plants.

You will lead paint technologies, coating processes, equipment investments, and manufacturing excellence while ensuring quality, safety, environmental, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in automotive paint processes and coating technologies.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Paint Process Engineering team to support objectives.
• Drive paint process development from RFQ through industrialisation and transfer to production sites.
• Define and validate paint concepts, process parameters, and equipment specs.
• Support plants with technical expertise in painting, colour development, quality, and productivity.
