Qualifications

  • Proven involvement in cross-functional project development and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, validation, and optimization of paint processes for customer programs.
  • Serve as the technical expert for paint applications, ensuring compliance with specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • Lead paint fixture, jig, and masking solution development from CAD to production approval.
  • Validate paint systems and process parameters for appearance and mechanical performance.
  • Coordinate tooling and equipment design for paint operations and prototype builds.
  • Support continuous improvement projects using Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
