Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, seeks a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Riverside shop. You will lead the Auto Maintenance team, supervise technicians, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards while satisfying customer expectations.

The role includes directing workflow, managing work orders, and mentoring staff to foster growth and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years' experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent supervisory, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Safe drivers with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to Auto Maintenance team members and vendors.
• Supervise technicians by assigning duties, expediting workflow, and checking work.
• Ensure all service/repair work meets standards, safety rules and customer expectations.
• Purchase equipment, materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records via work orders.
• Review workload and staff levels to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure shop areas are clean and policies followed.
• Model safety and mentor technicians for growth.
