The ideal candidate has 7+ years of automotive repair experience, a valid license, and the ability to work with standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• ASE Certifications: A1-9, (L1 in emission states) when required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead auto tech performing level 1–3 diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform a wide range of repairs including brakes, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and engine work.
• Provide direction, training, and mentorship to shop personnel.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and SOPs; identify opportunities to improve productivity.
