Manheim is hiring a Lead Maintenance Tech. You will perform master-level auto repairs and guide shop personnel, handling brakes, drivability, steering, electrical systems, and major engine work. You’ll conduct advanced diagnostics and train teammates to meet quality and safety standards.

Expect a leadership role with strong pay, excellent benefits and ongoing Cox Auto University training opportunities. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• Able to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• ASE certifications preferred for advanced knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a master-level auto tech for heavy duty work.
• Provide direction, guidance and technical expertise to shop staff.
• Perform brakes, drivability, steering, suspension and electrical repairs.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and complete repairs.
• Train associates and monitor work quality for safety and standards.
