Job summary

ADP is seeking a QA Architect to provide technical leadership for its automation testing. The successful candidate will lead the automation test team, design and architect the automation framework, and ensure adoption across QA teams.

Strong expertise in modern testing techniques and automation is required. The role focuses on building scalable test automation for high-traffic ecommerce platforms, collaborating with product teams on roadmaps, and delivering robust, repeatable testing strategies

Qualifications

• Strong automation framework design and architecture experience.
• Experience in large-scale real-time e-commerce apps.
• Proven automation tool adoption across QA teams.
• Excellent collaboration with product teams on automation roadmap.
• Proficient with web service tech: XML, REST, SOAP.
• Experience in high throughput web environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own test automation solution design and framework architecture.
• Lead automation script development and optimize scripts.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and methodologies.
• Architect real-time, large-scale e-commerce automation.
• Collaborate with product teams on long-term automation roadmap.
• Select and align tools for different products.
• Create standard frameworks for Functional, Performance, and Security testing.
• Resolve technical issues with QA team.
• Develop automation strategy to support regression testing.
• Adapt to changing project demands with resilience.
